Training and Support Packages
Get comprehensive training and/or support in any aspect of Xero, or even your admin, by a Certified Xero Advisor.You might want help with your setup, learning Xero, a particular problem or anything else you can think of.Our training is usually done online via GoToMeeting (we can record GoToMeeting sessions for your later revision) or Skype with screen sharing. And for support, GoToMeeting, Skype, phone or email. You can have any number of your team participate, or just yourself. It’s up to you!All prices include GST.(On-site training can be arranged if you are in Lismore NSW LGA for a minimum of 2hrs. Just contact us here).

- Much more economical than buying our training by the hour (by almost 30%)
- nb: Hours do not roll over to the next month
- Two hour deep dive session.
- Need an expert eye to look over your Xero organisation with you and go over what you need to correct or learn how to do correctly?
- Using GoToMeeting or Skype screen sharing, you log into your own Xero file with us guiding you. We guide you through some key areas with you, checking what errors are in there and what changes need to be made and how they can be corrected.
- No need to add us as a user.
- We can fix things together as we go along if you wish and /or after the session, we will email you a list of everything that still needs to be covered for you to either work on yourself, or we can provide a quote to complete the changes for you.
