Reporting Options

 

Blue Emerald has different reporting options depending on which monthly package you select:

 

Extensive Management Reporting & Analysis

Available with our Xero Ruby, Emerald & Sapphire and our MYOB Deluxe, Premuim & Platinum packages, we not only provide extensive management reporting but we also provide analysis and recommendations for improvement (not shown in the reports below). Our reporting has a lot of visual representation to more easily understand the financial information provided.

We can work with you to develop  targets for KPI’s (Key Performance Indexes) which simply mean areas of your business that we want to monitor and see how they are performing. KPI’s do not have to be financial for example you may want to target website traffic after a particular campaign, specific product sales, employee wages vs revenue and so on.

Many business owners are not used to looking at management reports and understanding how the information in them can help their business and can possibly be overwhelmed by the amount of information in financial reports. We are experts in not just providing the reporting, but helping you understand all the information and educating you on how they can help you in a concrete way on a regular basis.

Basic Management Reporting

Available with our Xero Quartz & DIY Xero plus Annual Review packages, this reporting provides you with the standard in management reporting. The MYOB Essentials package has standard MYOB reporting (not shown).

As with our more extensive reporting, we help you understand the information contained in the reports and how it can help you in your business.
