Blue Emerald offers a full range of services with a variety of options to suit most needs. Most of our clients select one of our fixed monthly packages, but if you feel you don’t see what your business needs below, please contact us and we can discuss tailoring our services to meet your requirements.

 

Fixed Monthly Packages

We offer a variety of monthly fixed fee packages using Xero (why Xero?)  that suit most businesses, sole traders and freelancers. We also offer tailor-made packages for those who don’t fit into the standard. Compare our packages.

In addition to our packages we offer integrated add-ons to Xero for businesses with more complex needs. View the add-ons.

Why fixed monthly fees rather than the old-style hourly rate?

The answer is simple. Our clients prefer it!

Our clients love knowing what their costs will be each month and no longer having any “hidden surprises”. Our clients also know they are getting more value for their money. With our packages clearly setting out what services we include and when, there is no longer any need for them to scrutinize their bookkeeper’s invoices to make sure they are not being charged too much for each task.

 

DIY Xero Packages

Want to use Xero, but want to do everything (or most things) yourself? We have two options available – Subscription only and Annual Review. For both of these packages, Blue Emerald does the setup, but you do all of the day to day accounting. You can see these packages here.

Training

Blue Emerald can provide training in all facets both Xero and MYOB. Although Xero is our preferred accounting solution, we have had over 17 years experience using MYOB and know this software inside and out.

We offer training in many different ways depending on what suits your business. We can provide online (either live or pre-recorded), via phone, by preparing step-by-step written & visual guides or with on-site training. Although we are based locally in the Northern Rivers, NSW region, we have provided training to various businesses in other locations in Australia.

Other Services

Have you trialled Xero and found it’s just not the right fit for your company and still would like to outsource your bookkeeping needs to us?

We have had extensive experience in many other accounting software packages such as MYOB, Quickbooks, Arrow, LiveAccounts, QB Online, Saasu, etc.
